Bills of Contraception

What do the 20-lei banknote and the National Contraception Plan have in common? Both are two unkept promises towards Romanian women. A celebration and a health program that only exist on paper.

We printed out more of the 'missing' bill in order to #PassTheBill – one new, powerful and scannable banknote that does more for women than the original one – raise the voice of those who want law makers to take the Contraception bill out of the drawer and turn it from promise to reality.
